My baby sister told me that she has Stage 1 Cancer in her pancreas and I aint gonna lie, Im scared. My husbands mom passed away about 12 years ago from Pancreatic Cancer . 8 weeks ago I got into it with the studio manager and he told me to get out of his space, I vowed from that day to own 85% of my life. So with that decision,I decided to wait to secure a location. So here I am giving up something I love and something that has been apart of my life for 21 years. I understand. So I sat and prayed and asked GOD ,What is going on? and What am I called to do? ,I heard healthcare and automatically I thought I was called to be a RN (Nurse Practitioner),but it wasn’t that ,it was BODIOLOGY .

Two weeks after I got evicted from the studio,I started working out heavy to keep myself focused and to ease my depression and BODIOLOGY popped in my head,BODY + MOVEMENT. So healthcare was more about the mind , body , spirit and lifestyle and how can I help another human understand the importance of BODY Care. Today I realized this journey is bigger than me , its about my life legacy and family linage . When you think about the African American community 2 things is common health issues 1. High Blood Pressure and Diabetes ,ive seen loved ones battle with both.

After my sisters diagnoses I went straight to studying about herbs , teas ,vitamins and things that could ease the cancer.

The knowledge is out here, we just have to study and implement the correct things in our day to day living. For instance I didnt know that lack of VITAMIN D causes depression, fatigue and anxiety, all this time I thought it was just life challenges ,so I picked up some VITAMIN D pills and started taking them. You really have to take your life serious and put in a plan of action ,but one thing I know it may not keep you from dying ; Id rather say I tried than to give up.

Now with my sisters diagnoses ,my husband has been texting me about CHLOROPHYLL which has alleged preventative properties in it when it comes to CANCER.

So HEALTH and CARE it is GOD, Im on a mission to not only help myself|family live better but other humans who have the desire for a healthier lifestyle.
